Corner House Chinese Ballinacurra

Ordered food for takeaway. It arrived lukewarm at best, so I had to reheat it. Unfortunately, the texture is never the same after that.

I called the restaurant to let them know the food arrived cold, but the lady on the phone was very rude. She told me I was wrong and basically said I was lying, then hung up on me. I understand they get a lot of false complaints and people wanting refunds, but the least she could do is listen and apologise. I’ve spent €40 just to get a disappointing meal that had to be reheated. This isn’t the best way to represent a business, especially in the food industry.

Even though I’m local, I will not be ordering from here ever again.

Good Asian food, but delivery time not the best.
Edit : 31/01/22 I posted my first review of the restaurant almost 3 years ago. Over time unfortunately this place has become worse, the food is just tasteless. In addition, they forget orders and you have to ask them to give you what you paid for. 3 years ago I gave 4 stars, now it deserves max 2 stars

This is our go to take away restaurant. We get nice food, good portion sizes for a Reasonable price. lovely people with a great service. Small waiting time. We love Singapore fried rice and Singapore noodles which are spicy and delicious. No problems to recommend
